FROM HOT ROD TO HUSH
Currently, Adam's gearing up for his most challenging role yet, as he's set to play an emotionally disturbed young man who's slowly losing touch with reality in the psychological drama Hush. This independent feature film was written and will be directed by Office Amel frontman Amel "AJ" Figueroa, and is being produced by Figueroa and Ciesielski's SaintSinner Entertainment company.
"This is gonna be a warped ride that can definitely land us at Sundance" SSE president Brandon E. Brooks stated recently. "The story has so many layers you'll have to watch it a couple times to get the brilliance in some of it's madness" he stated. In joking fashion, Ciesielski stated "It's gonna be my Mean Streets", taken of course from the first season of SaintSinner's favorite TV series Entourage. All jokes aside, Hush looks to be shaping up to be one of those rare crosses between drama and horror that has the potential to work extremely well with audiences of both genres.
Ciesielski will star opposite a slew of screen veterans and hot young up and comers. The screen vets include actor Tony Todd of the popular Candyman horror film series, and other huge films like The Crow, The Rock, and all three Final Destination films. Along for the ride also is horror genre mainstay Reggie Bannister, known most notably for his work in all of the classic Phantasm horror films. Another great character actor in the mix is Courtney Gains, who's known in the horror film community for his portrayal of Malachai in Stephen King's Children of the Corn. Gains also has starred in numerous feature films outside the horror realm, like Can't Buy Me Love (Patrick Dempsey), No Code of Conduct (Martin & Charlie Sheen) and Sweet Home Alabama (Reese Witherspoon). Another acting veteran is also attached to play The Priest in Hush, that being Bill Allen, known most notably for his role of Cru Jones in the classic bicycle film Rad.
The string of hot young up and comers starts with the female lead in the film, that being sexy 2001 Maniacs co-star Gina Marie Heekin. She'll play Isabel, the apple of Michael's deranged eyes. Another gorgeous cast member will play Michael's ex-girlfriend Stacy in the film, this being scream queen diva Tiffany Shepis. Others on the fast track include Clayton Myers, Tim Lamendola, Jeremy Zelig, Vanessa Prate, Nina Fluke, Jessica Browne-White, Mark Lassise, Ira Hill, and Kierstin Cunnington.
More excellent talent was cast in key roles in the film like Lily Mercer, who will take on the challenging role of Michael's Mother. Others include Home Shopping Channel personality and all around fine actor Bob Bowersox, and the man behind on screen Hush news, actor Art Houston.
Adam is surrounded by as solid an ensemble that could ever be found in an independent film. Can't wait to see this one come together.
Stay tuned!
